Our Business
Care First began in 2004 as a family business when Jerome Whitehurst the owner, saw a growing need for the medical transport business in Eastern North Carolina. Based on a strong sense of community. Mr Whitehurst decided to act on this need for quality providers in the County of Pitt where he lived as a child. Our first medical transport took place on June 16th 2004 and we have been moving and growing since then. We at Care First would like to thank every customer we have had the pleasure of transporting and wish to continue to serve our community as professionals.

Care First is a team of many individuals put together with the goal of creating the best in it's field with employees here as far back as formation of the company.
